The El Paso Black Arts Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting artist of African-American  or Black ethnicity with exposure, support and unity within the  arts community.

There are many ways to get involved with El Paso Black Arts Association, including volunteering, attending events, and becoming a member.  Applications for consideration are OPEN January - June of every year.

Yes, you must be African-American or of African descent/ethnicity to be a part of the El Paso Black Arts Association however, we will not ask for heredity paperwork or documentation. If you claim to be of African descent you will be admitted granted other requirements are met for acceptance.

No, The El Paso Black Arts Association accepts arts of all skill levels, talents and forms of Visual and Performing Arts to include: Dance, Poetry, Writing, Reading, Podcast, Mindfulness and Mental Health (Arts & Science), sculpting etc.
